DELIVERY

All deliveries are 4-5 business days. Orders placed after 3pm will generally not start production until the following day. Bank Holidays will affect this service.

Delivery is FREE on all orders over £50.

Standard Delivery is £3.95 on orders under £50.

You can track your order using the unique tracking link that will be sent by the carrier.

RETURNS

If you're not satisfied with your purchase at Psycho Path Merch, please read this page. We strive to help you and make sure all of our customers are happy.

Before returning any item, please make sure you email us with your order number along with the problem you're having. We will be able to assist you before you return your item. You can contact us here.

The above form is REQUIRED to be present in all refunds sent to Psycho Path Merch. This form will help us assist you as fast as possible. If you don't have a printer, the information required on our form will need to be written out on a piece of paper in Block Capitals and in English.

RETURNS

  • Merchandise must be returned in its original condition to be accepted as a return. Clothing must be unworn, unwashed and in resalable condition (For example, your return must not smell of cigarette smoke.
  • We allow 14 days from the date of delivey for you to submit your request for return. You then have a further 14 days to send the item back to us. 
  • Any return without a complete form cannot be processed. When we have received your return we will carry out the request needed. Upon carrying out any action, we will contact you stating that we have dealth with your request.
  • It is our customers responsibility to pay for the postage to return the item to us.
    * Any unpaid postage fee that comes up as a result of you return will be deducted from your refund.
    * We recommend you send items back to us tracked. Without the returned item, we cannot process your request.

For eligible refunds, you will be refunded for the PRODUCT PRICE ONLY. Postage is not refundable. If an order was eligible for 'Free Shipping', the standard postage cost of £3.95 will be deducted from the refund if the new price is below the threshold of £50 for 'Free Shipping' 

EXCHANGES

We do not offer exchanges for online orders, please return your item, we will isssue a refund and you can place a new order.

DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE ITEMS

Any damaged item returned to us due to a fault of your own will not be eligible for a return.

If your item is damaged/faulty upon arrival, we must be notified within 2 days of receiving the product or we will not accept it back.

If you have washed your item and have not followed our washing instructions (and it is clear upon return to us) you will not be eligible for a return/refund. If you return an item in this condition, and require it will back, there will be a delivery cost involved.

We only accept genuinely fault items and will require 4/5 photos of the issue (misprint, damage, etc) before we start the replacement process.

NON COLLECTED ITEMS

All of our orders are tracked. In the event an item has not been delivered/collected, it will generally be returned to us after a period of time. It is your responsibility to check on the status and tracking of your order. If it is returned to us, you will be expected to pay for postage for your order to be resent. The fee will also apply even if your original order qualified for 'Fre Shipping'

THE COLOUR OF THE DESIGN IS DIFFERENT/THE IMAGE IS A DIFFERENT SIZE

Our products on our website are knock as 'mockups'. They are computer generated images of the artwork on a T-shirt. A screen can show brighter colours than can be printed but we try to represent our product as closely as possible in the image.

The artwork may have subtle changes in colour as it is next to impossible to have it exactly the colour as on a computer generated image on a screen, taking into account Lighting, screen resolutions etc.

Print sizing is based on a Large Shirt. Sizes below Large, will have a scaled version of the image to fit the T-shirt. Sizes above Large will have the same print size as the Large version.
